With 2003 Commissioning weekend events now only days away, and the excitement piquing for the Believers session of cadets, Salvationists and friends across the territory are urged to register for the June 13-14 events immediately in order to beat the fast approaching June 1st deadline. The time has come to heed the call and “just do it!”

  • So before you board your Pasadena bound airplane, bus, van or car, Commissioning ‘03 organizers wish to share with you the following important reminders:
  • You must be registered in order to attend any Saturday Commissioning activities at the Pasadena First Church of the Nazarene (see registration form below).
  • Registration, while complimentary, is required to attend Saturday morning workshops.
  • Tickets, while complimentary, are required for the Commissioning & Ordination service.
  • Tickets ($5 each) are required for the Saturday evening Celebration of Ministry (Service of Appointments & Gospel Arts Festival).
  • Childcare is available during Saturday activities for children 6 months to 6 years of age.
  • SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS TO ANY OF THE ABOVE!

The Saturday afternoon Commissioning and Ordination Service is a ticketed event with open seating. Doors will open at 1:30 p.m. Those persons attending only the Commissioning meeting, who are not registered for the entire day, may obtain tickets in the church welcome center at 1:00 p.m.

NOTE: Youth participating in the Singing Company competition will be provided tickets for the Celebration of Ministry meeting, and both lunch and dinner on Saturday.

Whether you’re already registered—or even if you won’t be able to join us at all—you’re invited to partner with us in prayer that the Holy Spirit will give these events his anointing and seal for his glory!
