Moves Announced
The Chief of the Staff, Commissioner Earle Maxwell, has announced the appointment of Colonels Dennis and Noella Phillips to the Caribbean Territory, where they will serve as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Organizations, respectively, effective February 1, 1998.
Colonel Dennis Phillips currently serves as the West’s Chief Secretary, and Colonel Noella Phillips is Territorial Secretary for Women’s Organizations.
