New Attendance Record

The Great Victory Congress of 1997 will establish a new attendance record with more than 6,000 registrations already in hand, according to Captain Kenneth Hodder, Victory Congress coordinator. The June 6-8 event is slated for the Long Beach, Calif., Convention and Entertainment complex.

“We are fortunate that the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center is such a flexible facility,” Hodder said. “Despite the tremendous response we have already received, we still anticipate no difficulties in accommodating all delegates to the Congress.”

Past Congresses have attracted between three and four thousand delegates. Hodder expects an additional final surge of registrations as more and more people become aware of the exciting meetings and events scheduled. He has emphasized that all in attendance must be delegates.

The principal guests will be the Army’s international leaders, General Paul Rader and Mrs. General Kay Rader. Well known in the Western Territory and the West’s former territorial commander, this couple assumed these international responsibilities following Rader’s election by the High Council in 1994.
