SAN FRANCISCO:LEGAL/INSURANCE/PERSONNEL ADMIN.-The Golden State Division has an immediate opening for a Legal/Insurance/Personnel Administrator. This is a full time, exempt position with benefits. The administrator will report to the Divisional Secretary for Business and will be responsible for review, recommendation and processing of: all trust and estate matters, all employee personnel issues and insurance claims. He/she will coordinate with outside law firms regarding will contests, settlement negotiations and employee matters. He/she will ensure all federal and state labor laws are being met. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; legal and/or personnel courses or training; a working knowledge of probate, insurance and employee laws in the State of California; ability to supervise and evaluate employees; a self starter with good written and verbal communication skills.
